Standard Shipping in the US
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping method is ground for all domestic orders. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Large orders will be shipped via LTL freight by various carriers. We are also able to work with your shipping partners to arrange pickups from your carriers.
*Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are based on item size, weight and destination. Multiple item rates will calculate separately. All express orders must be placed before 11am PST to be processed in a timely manner.
*Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional business days.
*Some items cannot be expedited due to item size and/or destination.
Shipping/processing options & rates
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:
- Standard 5 – 10 business days
- Express 3 – 4 business days
- Expedited 2 – 3 business days
For your protection, all orders are screened for security purposes. If your order is selected for review, our fraud department may contact you by phone or email. All suspected fraudulent orders may take an additional 1-2 days to process for your protection.
When available, expedited shipping options will display when you add the item to the shopping cart. This option is also available on the checkout page with the shipping rate and estimated delivery time frame.
International Shipping
India Overseas Trading ships internationally to customers around the world. The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
When ordering from India Overseas Trading, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. All orders placed on our webstore iotcusa.com, are shipped without insurance.
India Overseas Trading will not ship products with noticeable physical damage or anything that has been refurbished. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify India Overseas Trading immediately via email at, customerservice@iotcusa.com. India Overseas Trading is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Purchases sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. If a shipment is abandoned or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, India Overseas Trading will not issue you a refund for your order.
International Shipping Method, Times & Rates
Once an order is placed it can take 1 - 3 business days to process and ship the order. India Overseas Trading uses UPS WorldWide Expedited for all international shipments placed on our website. International orders can take up to 10 - 25 days to arrive to the destination pending any customs delays. To find out the cost of shipping check out the shipping calculator on our checkout page.

- The website page will then calculate the total shipping costs.

These rates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination, and the items you order. Expected delivery dates are estimates only. Orders can be delayed due to order processing and verification of the items. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Guaranteed delivery dates for items shipped in a timely manner from India Overseas Trading are the responsibilities of the carrier. Please note that these dates do not include dates a package is held requiring a signature for delivery; it is the customer’s responsibility to be there or arrange to have an authorized agent sign. India Overseas Trading cannot assume liability for late deliveries.
If a product is labeled as being on "Backorder" or “Pre-order” status, and if an estimated date is available, we will indicate the shipping/back-in-stock date. We cannot, however, guarantee the date of arrival listed.
Limitations in International Shipments
Our web store currently supports shipments to all countries around the world, except for the following: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Indonesia.
Drop Shipping
How Wholesale Dropship Works
- You do not purchase any merchandise until you have sold the item and collected the money from your customer.
- You then purchase the item from us, and we ship it directly to your customer.
The Benefits of Dropshipping
- This allows you to sell a broad range of products with no investment.
- There is no expensive inventory or warehouse to maintain.
- You do not have to take the time to package and mail the merchandise.
- You also do not have packaging material expenses when dropshipping.
- No minimum order. Buy as little or as much as you like.
India Overseas Trading will dropship your order anywhere you want it shipped. We will ship to your friends, family, and customers for a service charge of $6.25 per shipment that will be added to your shipping total at check-out as well as the shipping rates.
When We Dropship, We do the Following:
- We do NOT include our company name or information anywhere on or in your order.
- We do NOT include the prices paid for the merchandise or any type of packing list unless requested.
- We do NOT include any promotional items in the shipment unless requested.
- We DO automatically send you the tracking information for each shipment once the order has been processed for you to send over for your customers.
We Implement These Rules for Two Important Reasons:
- So your customers will stay YOUR customers and not know the mark-up prices.
- Your friends and family will never know how much you paid for our quality merchandise.
You may use our pictures and descriptions anywhere to aid in your sales. We Dropship WORLD-WIDE. All drop ship orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Drop Ship Cancellations: If your order has not been shipped it may be cancelled within the first 24 hours. A $5 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
Drop Ship Exchanges & Returns: India Overseas Trading will not accept returned packages without a pre-approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, if you have an issue please email customerservice@iotcusa.com for more information.
3rd Party Shipping
How does third party billing work?
India Overseas Trading accepts 3rd party billing for orders processed with FedEx or UPS. During checkout you will have the option to select one of these shipping accounts to charge your freight. During the shipping stage of your order, we will use your account number under the third-party shipping option.
*Do not provide us with your Meter Number, Login ID, or Password.
This feature is not required. You may ship your orders through the India Overseas Trading FedEx or UPS accounts.
If you choose to ship through India Overseas Trading instead of your own account, we will charge your credit card accordingly depending on your shipping options during checkout.
