Shipping & returns

Due to the irregular nature of hand-crafted goods, and our dedication to getting you the best shipping prices possible, we are unable to automatically estimate the shipping costs when you place your order.

We will only be able to verify the cost of shipping once the entire order is packed for delivery, after we have negotiated with the delivery services for the best rates. A delivery charge will be added to the final bill for this order, and we will endeavour to get the best deal on that shipping that we can. If you have any particular requests regarding shipping, please note them in the comments field below.


Any damage on a received product must be reported to us immediately. Buyer must hold onto the item and packaging in case an inspection by the carrier is needed to submit a claim.

No returns will be allowed after seven days of shipping date. Buyer must request RMA via this form or other contact with our offices before sending any items back to our warehouse. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in unused condition.
